In this guided meditation you will hear the Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Aria and Terra Koshi Chimes, a Paiste Mercury Gong, and a handmade ocean drum. You will also hear natural environmental sound recordings that will add to the experience.

To record this session we set up a root chakra singing bowl, heart chakra singing bowl and a third eye chakra singing bowl. (notes C, F and A at 432 Hz). The roads were wet and there was a gentle rain. The odd bit of distant traffic and a firetruck responding can be heard.
