What To Expect:

  • The sound bath session will last approximately 30 minutes.

  • You will be invited to lie down on a comfortable mat or sit in a relaxed position. Feel free to bring a blanket or pillow to make yourself more comfortable.

  • The session will begin with a brief introduction where the facilitator will explain the process and answer any questions you may have.

  • During the session, you will be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. These bowls produce harmonic tones that promote relaxation and stress relief. You may also hear other instruments, such as chimes or gongs, which are used to enhance the experience.

  • It is common to feel various physical sensations, such as tingling or warmth, as the sound vibrations resonate through your body. You may also experience emotional releases or a deep sense of peace.

  • The sound bath is designed to help you enter a meditative state. You are encouraged to focus on the sounds and allow your mind to quiet. There is no right or wrong way to experience the session; simply allow yourself to be present.

  • At the end of the session, the facilitator will gently bring you back to full awareness with soft sounds or guided instructions. You will be given a few moments to stretch and reorient yourself before the session concludes.

  • After the session, you are welcome to share your experiences or ask any questions; available time permitting.

It is advisable to drink plenty of water and take some time to integrate the benefits of the sound bath.

Possible Risks:

  • The sound bath session involves the use of crystal singing bowls, which can produce high-frequency sounds and vibrations. If I have any hearing sensitivities, tinnitus, or a history of hearing issues, I will inform the facilitator so adjustments can be made.

  • The deep relaxation induced by sound baths can sometimes bring up strong emotions or memories. If I have a history of severe mental health conditions, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or severe anxiety, I will inform the facilitator to ensure a supportive experience.

  • If I have any implanted medical devices such as pacemakers, hearing aids, or other electronic implants, I will inform the facilitator. The vibrations and frequencies produced by the singing bowls may potentially interfere with these devices.

  • If I am pregnant, I understand that I should consult with my healthcare provider before participating in a sound bath session. I will inform the facilitator if I am pregnant.

  • If I have any other health concerns or conditions, such as epilepsy, cardiovascular issues, or recent surgeries, I will check with my doctor before participating and inform the facilitator.
